Built as two pavilions separated by a generous lap pool, each pavilion offers a queen bedroom/bath suite, well separated for privacy. The main pavilion houses the living, dining and kitchen areas; a few steps below is one private bedroom suite with an ocean view. Across the pool deck is the spacious master suite. Just a moment's drive to famous Magen's Beach, The Bayview provides a clothing-optional villa stay! There's a tenant staying occasionally in the apartment below Bayview, with his own separate entrance, who will not impact your privacy in any way - no part of the main level of the villa, its courtyard or the pool can be seen from below.

Children over 9 years strongly advised ALL RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada). A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 - January 9 and December 19 - January 9 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
