Built as two pavilions around a very private garden courtyard set with the pool, the main pavilion houses the spacious living area, kitchen and dining area, plus a powder room. Stairs lead down to the laundry area below. A few steps across the fenced courtyard is the deluxe 3-bedroom pavillion, with the spacious king master suite and a queen bedroom suite on the main level; a staircase leads down to the twin bedroom suite below. All bedrooms are finished in exotic hardwoods and are air-conditioned. Exceptional!

The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada). A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 - January 9 and December 19 - January 9 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
