The rental rates listed above do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (8% for villas in the U.S. Virgin Islands including St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix; 7% for villas in the British Virgin Islands including Anegada, Little Thatch Island, Tortola and Virgin Gorda, and 8% for villas on Grenada). A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON, and 10-14 nights, depending on the villa and island, during the Christmas/New Year's season (December 21 - January 9 and December 15 - January 4 for villas on Virgin Gorda).
